I made this walking stick in a piece of Dogwood. I collected this Dogwood stick myself, let it dry for nearly a year, peeled the bark, and then carved it into this guy. I used various burrs, bits and knives to carve this face. The stick is finished with thinned oil and polyurethane.

I really enjoy creating themed walking sticks such as Odin, Thor, Baron Samedi or many, many other possibilities. If you'd like a stick with bears, owls, or whatever else you might have in mind, just shoot me a message and we can discuss it.
I am also happy to make custom chainsaw carvings of about any animal or object you'd like.

Care instructions
My carvings can be cleaned using many different methods. A feather duster works nicely. Compressed air (duster or air compressor) also works well. If on a porch or indoors, my carvings will never need a new coat of sealer. Chainsaw carvings that are outdoors will need a fresh coat of sealer each year.
