This is an original, Bigfoot pendant, hand carved in Dogwood.
2 1/2” tall, 1 3/4” wide, 3/8” thick..

I made this carving using rotary hand tools and small knives. I began with a small block of Dogwood and began shaping it using a carbide burr. I shaped and shaped, and gradually moved on to smaller and smaller bits. Near the end, I was using a bit that was as small as a needle. I finished this pendant with mineral oil.
I signed, dated and listed the name of the carving on the back. I will include a leather necklace with this pendant.

I really enjoy creating themed walking sticks such as Odin, Thor, Baron Samedi or many, many other possibilities. If you'd like a stick with bears, owls, or whatever else you might have in mind, just shoot me a message and we can discuss it.

Care instructions
My carvings can be cleaned using many different methods. A feather duster works nicely. Compressed air (duster or air compressor) also works well. If on a porch or indoors, my carvings will never need a new coat of sealer. Chainsaw carvings that are outdoors will need a fresh coat of sealer each year.
