I made this sculpture in a piece of White Pine. I used only a chainsaw and a small knife to shape this piece. I sanded it by hand, and sealed with one coat of spray urethane. I used a torch for color.
I buy small cans of compressed air to clean the dust from my carvings. It is a very cheap and effective way of keeping the wood clean :)

This sculpture is made of dry wood. It is a very interesting piece that makes for a completely unique centerpiece in any room. I really enjoy the movement, contrast and texture of this one.

Care instructions
My carvings can be cleaned using many different methods. A feather duster works nicely. Compressed air (duster or air compressor) also works well. If on a porch or indoors, my carvings will never need a new coat of sealer. Chainsaw carvings that are outdoors will need a fresh coat of sealer each year.
